Pegboard Seven · Terms of Use
Short, because the game is simple.
These terms are between you and Nurçin Ehlimanoğlu, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye ("we"). They apply when you install or play Pegboard Seven. If you do not accept them, do not install the game.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for as long as it is installed. You do not buy the game itself; you buy the right to play it.
What you may not do
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly permits it despite this term;
- redistribute it, sell it, or offer it as part of another product;
- use tools that alter the game to obtain coins or progress you did not earn.
Cost and coins
The game is free to download. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases: there is nothing to buy. Coins are earned only by playing and spent only inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be bought or exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between players or devices.
Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes it, and it does not travel to a new phone. We say this here rather than in small print because it is the thing people are most likely to be surprised by.
Changes to the game
Games change. We may add, alter or remove levels and features in later versions, and we may stop distributing the game. Coins you already hold remain usable for as long as the version you have installed keeps working. If a later version adds purchases, these terms will be updated before it ships.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, that it runs on every device, or that it will always be available. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and to the protection of that country's mandatory consumer law.
Apple
Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to the App Store copy of this game. Where these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement takes precedence for the parts it covers. Apple is not responsible for the game and has no obligation to provide support for it.
