Glow Catch · Terms of Use

What you may do with the game.

These terms cover Glow Catch, a game published by Nurçin Ehlimanoğlu, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye. Installing or playing the game means accepting them.

Apple's own Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to every app downloaded from the App Store. Where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's win.

What you may do

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Glow Catch on devices you own or control, for as long as you keep it installed. That is the whole of the permission being granted; nothing else about the game changes hands.

What you may not do

  • Take the game apart, decompile it, or try to derive its source, except where the law says you may do so regardless of what a licence claims.
  • Sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the game or any part of it.
  • Modify the game or run it through tools that change how it behaves, in order to alter scores, progress, or anything else the game keeps.
  • Use the game to break the law.

What the game costs

This version of Glow Catch is free. It shows no advertisements and sells nothing inside itself — there is no currency to buy, no subscription and no paid unlock. If a later version introduces any of those, it will say so before you can spend anything, and this page and the privacy policy will be updated with it.

Your progress

Levels, stars and everything else the game remembers are stored on your device and nowhere else. There are no accounts, so there is no copy of your progress for us to restore: deleting the app deletes it, and a new phone starts from the beginning. We are sorry about that in advance, and it is the honest consequence of not asking you to register.

Who owns the game

Glow Catch, its name, its code, its artwork and its sounds belong to Nurçin Ehlimanoğlu. Playing it gives you the licence described above and no rights of ownership.

No promises about it working perfectly

The game is provided as is. It has been tested, and it is still software: it may contain faults, it may not run on every device, and it may be unavailable while something is being fixed. To the extent the law allows, no warranty is given beyond that plain statement.

Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Where those laws give you more than this page does, they apply and this page does not reduce them.

Liability

A free game that stores nothing off your device can do very little harm, and liability is limited accordingly: we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from playing it. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be excluded.

Ending it

You can end this licence at any time by deleting the game; there is nothing to cancel and no one to tell. We may stop distributing or updating Glow Catch, in which case a copy already installed keeps working until you remove it or the platform stops supporting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction — except where the law of your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim there instead, which it may.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and a version of the game that relies on a change will not ship before the change is published here.
