I lost my progress

Progress is stored on the phone, not on a server — there is no account to log back into. Deleting the app deletes it, and it does not move to a new device.

We would rather say this plainly than let you look for a login that does not exist.

The tray filled up and I lost

That is the rule, not a bug: a screw whose colour the open bin is not asking for goes to the tray, and a full tray ends the level. The tray is your margin for error, not a second bin.

When it happens you are offered one rescue per attempt, paid with coins you earned: empty the tray, or add more moves if you ran out. You can always decline — giving up and trying the level again costs nothing.

I am stuck on a level

Every level is solvable without ever using the tray — that is checked automatically before it ships, all 300 of them. If one feels impossible it is usually the order: take the screw that unblocks a plate first, rather than the one whose colour is open now.

Two boosters exist for the rest — UNDO takes back a move and +1 SLOT widens the tray for that level — and both are paid with coins you earn by playing.

How do I get coins?

By finishing levels. Stars pay more than a bare clear, finishing a chapter for the first time pays a bonus, there is a daily reward that grows over a week, and the weekly event pays out at three milestones. Coins cannot be bought — there is nothing for sale in the game.

Are there ads or purchases?

Neither, in this version. No banners, no interstitials, no rewarded videos, no in-app purchases and no tracking prompt.
